
If your version of Internet Explorer does not show you the screens we have here, the guide may still help you.
To view this camera, using Internet Explorer, we need to allow an ActiveX control to work. If you can not see the camera's picture on the webcam page, you might very well be faced with this error.

To get things working, follow these simple instructions.
As the images below shows, click as instructed and click Install ActiveX Control.

All now should be working. If you would like to reload the webcam page by hitting "Refresh" or pressing F5, the camera should load shortly.
If you get the message shown below.... Keep reading.

Please click on the 'Tools' button, if this is not shown, try pressing the 'Alt' key first. Then proceed to click on the 'Internet Options' button as shown here.

Then, please click on the tab marked 'Security', followed by the 'Custom Level' button. This is shown below.

Once in this screen, scroll down the list of security settings until you find 'Download Unsigned ActiveX Controls' Assuming that the disabled button is highlighed (as shown below), please change to 'Prompt'. Click 'OK' on all the screens until you are back on the webcam page.
Try pressing the refresh button, or hitting F5 to reload the page.You should now be able to see the camera. (It may take a moment to load)
For your security, we would advise following the instructions again, and change your 'Download unsigned ActiveX controls' to Disable.
